Is There A Delivery Charge?

If you aren't on a daily route, you could be subject to an AUTOMATIC delivery charge. However, you are free to come in and call in your order.

*NOTE* WHEN IT COMES TO THE "LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICK UP FROM THE WEBSITE..... Bring your confirmation email/text when you come to collect your order along with your Body Art License between 9-6. Please give us a heads up if you can 702-805-5476

We will also deliver on purchases 50.00 and up no fee same day during business hours :)

1.When will my package arrive?

Your order will take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order has been processed it will begin transit. Packages can be expected to arrive in 1-4 business days, depending on the shipping region and method selected.

**NOTE** International shipping can take between 14-28 days depending on customs and distance. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees.

2.Can you track my package?

You will receive an email with your tracking information. You may receive multiple tracking numbers. You can enter your tracking number(s) to get up-to-date information on the status of your package(s).

3.What is the return policy?

Most new unopened items may be returned within 14 days in a new package with a new label. DO NOT use the same package you received your order in and do not place a new label over the one you received.

The following items are not returnable:




Sterilizers (Wipes, soap, etc)

Machines returned to manufacturers only

Needles, carts

4.How can I retrieve my password?

On the Sign In page, next to where you would enter your password, click the "Forgot your Password?" link. The link will direct you to a page where you can enter the email associated with your account. Click the "Reset Password" button to receive a "Reset Password" email and follow the directions in the email to set a new password. If you do not receive the "Reset Password" email, be sure to check your junk folder or spam.

5.What are the showroom hours for pickup?


Artists must be verified at a shop when making purchases in the showrooms.

6.Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 and if you are not on the daily van route it is $100 minimum for the van to break off the route to come to your shop. It is always free to call in your order to pick up as well as coming in to the retail location to shop.

7.Do you have coupon codes available?

We will always have sales, discounts, and features. Sign up for our mailing list so that you’re the first to know about them!

8.How do you request B-Side to carry a new product?

Email info@b-side.vegas for product requests.

9.Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer UPS shipping method for some international orders.
